Note: This password reset guide is limited to accounts that use a username and password. In other words, if you are logging in to the admin dashboard with the "Sign in with Google" button, this guide is not applicable to you.


  1. Navigate to the booth admin site.
  2. You should see the following login prompt displayed:
  3. Select the Reset Password link as displayed below.
  4. This will take you to the Reset Password page.
    1. Type in your email address.
    2. Click the Reset Password button.
  5. Verify the email was sent by looking for the success message below.
    1. If you get an error shown in the picture below, repeat steps 3 through 5 and double-check the spelling of your email address. 
    2. If it continues to show the error message above, submit a ticket by emailing support@aiphotobooths.com. Please provide the email you are attempting to reset as well as a note informing that you have tried the reset steps. 
      Note: AI Photo Booth employees will never ask for your password.
  6. Check your email and click the password reset link inside your email. That password reset link should bring you to a page that looks as follows.
  7. Provide a strong memorable password into both password fields shown above and click the reset password button.
  8. You will know your password has been successfully reset by seeing the success message below.
  9. Log in using the newly set password.
